Why can’t I accept the invitation I received via email from my PC?

Make sure when you are accepting an invite, you are doing it on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet).

DirectConnect is a mobile application that is not web-supported. If you cannot accept a pending invite, make sure your email address is verified. When you created your account, an email verification was sent to you. Once you verify your email, you should be able to accept the invitation. If you still cannot accept the invite, please reach out to support.
